Ms. Zama Phakathi, a visionary leader and award-winning entrepreneur, founded the Zama Phakathi Foundation in 2015 with a singular mission: to provide practical support to underprivileged children and families with dignity and compassion.

For a decade, she self-funded the Foundation, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to community upliftment. Her hands-on approach and genuine care for those in need have been the driving force behind every initiative.

As CEO of Splendid Group and a recognized leader in her field, Ms. Phakathi brings business acumen, compassion, and vision to her philanthropic work. She actively participates in business and motivational talks, sharing practical insights drawn from lived experience.
